You can close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any pending bets will be settled and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months and has a balance, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 may be deducted. Logging into your account will stop this fee.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to a third-party mediator. In all disputes, taka boss's decision will be treated as the initial ruling.
